"When man is not incessantly in the word of God he will become corrupted," M. Luther.
We are now seeing the deterioration of families more frequently, resulting in a greater number of children at risk. Children at risk are at risk of being mistreated, abandoned, exploited, physically and emotionally abused and kicked out onto the streets. We believe that God is not indifferent to this situation and is in fact raising up people to extend hands of love to reach these little ones.
We attend to kids, 2 to 7 years old, giving them educational assistance, and through this the ability to share the word of God, engraving it on their hearts.
These children attend our Pedagogical Support Center, ĻMilk & Honey,Ļ four times a week, for 3 hours each day. Here we are allowed to hold prepared activities, for the little ones and educational reinforcement for the older kids. We also hold Bible Study activities, prayer and songs of praise to our God.
Our purpose is as well to supply them with physical nourishment, giving them a nutritious snack at mid-day.
It would be in vane to only bring the Gospel to the children without it arriving in their homes, so each month we meet with the childrenīs parents where in addition to orienting them to childrearing, we present biblical principles to them with the objective that these people come to know God.
To reduce the vulnerability of these young kids at risk of abandonment, exploitation, abuse, and sub-par education.
To the give the childīs life a foundation in the word of God so that they learn to live right and according to the will of God.
To improve the conditions for entry into the school system in cognitive terms as well as in terms of social-emotional preparation.
To strengthen family relations

Laritza (6 years old), Cristian (4 years old), and Jose (3 years old) are part of a family of 8 brothers, the oldest 14 years old and the youngest 2 months old. Their father is an unemployed bricklayer and their mother is also in search of a steady job. One way for families in extreme poverty, such as this one, to cut costs is to not send their children to school. Laritza is in first grade (she did not attend pre-school), up to this point she could not recognize even one letter of the alphabet and her handwriting was very poor. In addition to these problems, Laritza was malnourished and her 3 little brothers are in desperate need of basic dental care. These children need to experience the care and the protection of God over their lives.
Jennifer is a little girl of 2 years who was abandoned by her mother, who left her in the care of her father (who is 22 years old) and her grandmother. In spite of being abandoned and lacking her motherīs love, Jennifer is a very sweet and happy girl, who is at times aggressive.
